We are thrilled to recognise Annette Eyley with a Long Service Award, celebrating her 15 years of dedication to the company. Annette joined Yee Group when it was still known as Mace and has played a pivotal role in its growth into the multidiscipline contractor it is today.
Annette serves as Group Finance Manager and heads both the Human Resources and Finance departments, making her an indispensable member of the Senior Management team. In addition to overseeing our administration teams, Annette ensures that the management information systems supporting our clients and field engineers operate efficiently, reliably, and securely. Her expertise has been critical in maintaining the smooth running of the business and supporting our teams at all levels.
A key milestone in Annette’s career was her instrumental role in the acquisition of Cool Services Ltd, where she provided guidance and support to all employees throughout the transition, ensuring a seamless integration into the wider group. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to both staff and clients have helped shape the company’s culture and success over the past decade and a half.
The award was proudly presented by Group Managing Director Simon Chapman, recognising Annette not only for her longevity but also for her significant impact on the business.
