Yee Group and Cool Services Ltd are pleased to announce the successful completion of a management buyout, marking a new chapter in the continued growth and success of both businesses.
The buyout sees long-standing senior leaders Jason Cooper and Annette Eyley assume ownership of the group. Jason Cooper will take on the role of Group Managing Director, with Annette Eyley appointed as Group Finance Director.
This transition follows the decision of current Group Managing Director, Simon Chapman, to retire after 40 years of leadership of Yee Group. Simon founded and built the business into a highly respected and successful contractor. He also led the strategic acquisition of Cool Services in 2018 and has headed up the company since then, overseeing its development and continued service to customers for the past eight years. Simon now plans to retire to spend more time with his family, travel, and pursue his long-standing passion for motorsports.
Jason Cooper commented, “We are incredibly proud to take ownership of businesses with such a strong legacy. Having been part of the leadership team for many years, we are committed to building on the solid foundations already in place and continuing to deliver outstanding service to our customers.”
Annette Eyley added, “This is an exciting step forward for the group. Our priority is to ensure continuity for our customers, partners, and employees, while continuing to support the company’s long-term growth.”
The company will continue to operate as normal, with no changes to its structure, services, or customer relationships.
